                                         Our house policies

Reservations are secured with a deposit of one night's fee per room.  Traveler's checks, personal checks, cash, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.

Cancellation policy: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is received 14 days before arrival date; if received less than 14 days and more than one day, 1/2 the deposit will be charged; if one day or less there will be no refund.  Forfeited fees may be applied to future stays during the current season.

Check in time is from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.  Check out time is 10:00 AM
Please let us know if you'll be arriving or departing other than these times.

Breakfast is normally served from 8:00 to 9:00.  Other arrangements for an earlier or later time must be made the evening before.

Our Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking facility, however, smoking is allowed on the porch and grounds around the house.  

We like animals but due to the consideration of other guests who may have allergies we do not allow pets in the guest rooms.
